Week 3: Explanation

The Adi Shakti mantra is an ancient invocation of the Divine Feminine—the primal creative force that moves through all things. When we chant it, We're remembering it. Reclaiming it. Calling it forward from within.

This practice removes deeply rooted fears and the insecurities that keep you small. But more than that, it connects you with a vitality that doesn't depend on external circumstance. It lives in you. It moves through you. It is you.

We anchor this invocation in the Surya Mudra—activating the power center, the navel point where your will lives. For seven minutes, you'll chant the Adi Shakti mantra with this mudra, building an internal current of creative energy. Then we move into the tantric Har—a shorter, more percussive chant that drives that energy deeper, helping you embody the courage that comes from knowing your own creative force.

This is not gentle. This is not passive. This is you, meeting yourself as the power you've always carried.
