Immunity work out: Thymus Gland and Heart Practice
A seated practice built on three moving postures, each one paired with breath. We start by pumping the chest open — breath drawn in through the mouth, released through the nose — building heat and clearing space around the heart. From there, the arms move overhead in a wide V, breath cycling with the motion, releasing what's held in the neck and shoulders. We close by reaching one hand forward and drawing it back toward the ribs, alternating side to side, gathering energy in toward the chest. Three movements, all seated, all breath-led — by the end, the heart rate is up, the chest is open, and there's more room to feel what's already there.
