Breathe into Alignment
This practice is designed to bring your body into alignment through the power of breath. We’ll inhale for 5, exhale for 5 through the nose, and then hold the breath out for 15 seconds—creating a moment of stillness where the body can naturally realign.
It may feel a little uncomfortable at first, but leaning into that space allows us to soften, expand, and move beyond old limits. This breath is both calming and opening, supporting you in finding balance and presence within.
