We let go, move through, release, what no longer serves us. This week we move into a more active breath work practice.

THE HEART
This week, we move into the heart — the heart is all about balance, The heart is where opposites meet: giving and receiving, it balances the ethers with the earth. It literally pumps the same amount of blood in as out with every heart beat.

MOVING ENERGY
This week, we move into the crown Our practice invites us to anchor into the truth of who we are: bountiful, blissful, and beautiful. We’ll be working with a simple but powerful combination of breath, mantra, and mudra:
