Why we tune in?
At the beginning of every class, we begin with the Adi Mantra—Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo—repeated 3 times.
This sacred moment is more than just a ritual. It’s our way of moving our attention inward and remembering that everything we need already lives within us. By tuning in, we acknowledge our inner teacher—the true source of wisdom and guidance.
For me, one of the most beautiful parts of this practice is the journey the mantras take us on. They expand in different directions, land in different parts of the body, and hold the power to both heal and open the space for us to truly drop in instantly. It feels almost magical—something words can’t quite capture. You can only know it through your own experience.
The beauty of consistency
Why consistency matters more than intensity….
In the beginning, I thought transformation came from big, powerful moments. But what I’ve learned is that the deepest change comes from showing up, again and again, in small ways.
Each time you sit to breathe, to move, or to repeat a mantra, you send a message to your body: I’m here. I won’t leave you. You are safe with me.
The gift of not knowing
When I first began this work, I thought something was wrong because I didn’t have a clear vision. I was used to manifesting specifics — this home, this income, this outcome. But with Align From Within, the path was different.
I came to see that the unknown wasn’t a mistake — it was the gift. I wasn’t recreating something that already existed. I was being asked to create from a deeper place, one that lives beyond what the mind can plan or predict.
