The Infinite Within: Drop in The Week July 21 - 25 kundalini and lunch hosted by PALMA

$150.00

10 am - 1 pm  Casa Sangha, Montecito Address provided week of event

To truly experience the infinite power within, we must be willing to release all that we know. This is a sacred undoing—a soft but radical unraveling of story, belief, and identity. Through this opening, we come home to our essence: expansive, eternal, and alive in every breath. This is the energy of life itself, pulsing through the heart space and reaching into infinity. We are tapping into the essence of the Self—the part of us that never dies.

This five-day immersive experience takes place in a private residence in Santa Barbara. Each morning includes breathwork, movement, mantra, and energetic alignment based in Kundalini yoga, followed by a nourishing Ayurvedic lunch. Through presence and practice, we’ll journey into the energetic architecture of the body—awakening dormant power, releasing resistance, and making space for the infinite to live fully through us.

DAY 1: WAKE UP — Activate and Harmonize the Body
You can't be held accountable for that which you're oblivious to.

Through the body we discover new worlds. This day is about waking up to the here and now—rooting into the eternal self. By activating the ten bodies, we awaken a fuller expression of who we are and begin to dissolve unconscious constraints. This is the first step in returning to your truest foundation.

DAY 2: BREAK THROUGH — Releasing Identity Constructs

We acknowledge the stories we’ve told ourselves—our history, identity, conditioning, and all the roles we've clung to. This is the work of accepting which activates our inner power to move through and release what no longer serves us.

DAY 3: FREEDOM — Freedom from the Past
Freedom is the absence of the idea of who you think you are.

As we acknowledge our identity constructs, we go deeper—into the unknown spaces within ourselves that may still be holding us back. This is a day of accessing and releasing what we have yet to fully see, so that we may open more completely to our inner truth.

DAY 4: BE YOUR ESSENCE — Live from the Heart

The heart is the bridge to your infinite nature. Today we uncover what has always been within—pure, radiant love. With specific mantra we will activate our capacity to co-create from this space. It is not about fixing the human—it’s about making space for all that it means to be one.

DAY 5: BLOOM — Living from the Infinite
Self-love isn’t trying to perfect the human. It’s making space for all that is.

This is the celebration of your whole self. The moment where everything integrates. We expand the heart beyond the body, beyond timelines, into all dimensions of being. We walk forward not in perfection, but in presence—trusting that we are already whole, already free.

Please book mindfully this service is non refundable. These practices can be deeply activating and may move significant amounts of energy. For the safety and integrity of the practice, the facilitator reserves the right to withhold or postpone instruction if a student is not in a stable or supportive mental state to fully participate.
