Service Within: Cultivating Light for the Collective
28 Days of kundalini (11 min a day)
This 28-day journey is an invitation to expand your inner light—and consciously extend that light outward into the world.
Starting Feb 2
we meet every Monday
9 am pst / 12 noon est
*you will receive the recording to practice on your own for the next 6 days and no problem if you miss the live - you will receive the recording by EOD on Monday.
Each week, we gather live on Mondays via zoom to receive a new 11-minute meditation, which you then practice daily for the following 6 days.
Every practice is intentionally structured in two parts:
1st half: devoted to grounding, clarity, and cultivating your inner light;
2nd half: focused on extending that light beyond yourself—into service, connection, and support of the collective.
At a time when the world feels loud, tender, and in need of care, this practice offers a grounded way to show up—first for yourself, and then for something greater.
Weekly Intentions
Week 1 — Clearing & Detoxification
We begin with Sat Kriya, a powerful practice of purification and detoxification. This week supports releasing what is no longer serving you, strengthening the nervous system, and creating space for light to move freely—within you and outward into the collective.
Week 2 — Chakra Awakening: Inner & Outer Expansion
This week activates the chakras not only as physical energy centers, but as living qualities—safety, creativity, courage, compassion, intuition, and trust. We cultivate these qualities within ourselves and consciously radiate them outward.
Week 3 — Prosperity
This practice centers on cultivating prosperity and abundance through the heart. We expand our capacity to receive, hold, and circulate the energy of abundance—anchoring it within ourselves and then extending it outward.
Week 4 — The Infinite Cycle
We practice Kirtan Kriya, tapping into the natural rhythm of life. This meditation supports fluidity, trust, and surrender—softening resistance, releasing control, and aligning with the infinite flow that moves through all beings.
This is a practice of devotion.
Service to yourself first—so that your presence, energy, and light may serve the collective with clarity and integrity.
