The Calling: November 10, 11, 12
9:30 am - 11 am O R T E G A S P A C E , 26 E Ortega st. Santa Barbara, CA
Your soul has been calling — not as a whisper, but as a steady pulse from within.
The Calling is a 3-day Kundalini immersion designed to guide you back to that inner voice — the one that already knows the way. Through breath, movement, mantra, and stillness, you’ll dissolve the layers of who you thought you were, attune to your soul’s frequency, and open to receive the abundance and guidance that live within you.
Each morning we’ll gather in community for a 90-minute practice, moving through a journey of release, listening, and embodiment. No experience is required — only a willingness to show up, breathe, and listen deeply.
Day 1 — Dissolution | The False Identity
We begin by releasing the layers that no longer serve — the protector, the performer, the one who proves.
Through dynamic kriya, breathwork, and meditation, we confront what’s been holding us back and create space for truth to emerge.
Focus: Grounding, Releasing, Breathing Through.
Day 2 — Listening | The Soul’s Frequency
Once the noise quiets, the soul begins to speak.
This day invites deep listening — beyond thought, beyond story — tuning to the subtle current of your own intuition. Through sound, mantra, and stillness, we strengthen the connection to inner knowing.
Focus: Heart, Expression, Attunement
Day 3 — Receiving | The Open Channel
The final day is an opening — an invitation to embody your essence and allow life to move through you.
As resistance dissolves, you remember your natural state: radiant, abundant, whole.
Through elevated kriya and meditative stillness, you anchor what you’ve awakened into being.
Focus: Expansion, Intuition, Connection
The call isn’t something outside of you — it’s you.
This is your invitation to answer.
Please book mindfully this service is non refundable. These practices can be deeply activating and may move significant amounts of energy. For the safety and integrity of the practice, the facilitator reserves the right to withhold or postpone instruction if a student is not in a stable or supportive mental state to fully participate.
