It is with an expansive open heart that I express my gratitude to the teachings of kundalini yoga and one of its finest facilitators Abigail Lorick. I’ve had the great pleasure to practice this most epic and current ancient practice. When I repeat the mantras, postures, and Kriyas, I begin to remember my power, my purpose who I am and why I am here. I am able to tap into the well spring, wisdom and simplicity of my true essence. I receive messages, teachings and clear direction from the great mystery of the Universe. The blessings abound and abundance flows when I am focused and dedicated with my practice. With certainty this path of yoga is for me. I feel so privileged and honored to get to experience this work especially when Abigail is teaching, she is a true gem.
