Tap open the Heart

This practice combines tapping, breathwork, and movement to stimulate the heart center and promote energetic release. Tapping on the meridian point of the chest activates circulation and opens the heart space, while a focused breath technique supports clearing stagnation and increasing oxygen flow.

Guided postures help facilitate muscular relaxation and myofascial release, allowing stored tension to dissipate. By maintaining breath control and structural integrity in each posture, the body can process and integrate the energetic shifts effectively.

This session is designed to enhance cardiovascular circulation, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional resilience. Through consistent practice, it can improve heart-lung coherence, reduce stress, and encourage greater emotional awareness.
