Becoming

Becoming is the journey.

Not the destination.

Week 1 — Clear the fear We begin where most of us are holding: in the grip of what's ahead. This week's meditation works directly with fear of the future — not to push it away, but to create space where it can start to loosen.

Week 2 — Cut through the mind The mind knows how to build walls. Sodarshan Kriya paired with a practice to tranquilize the mind — moving through mental patterns by bringing the nervous system into stillness.

Week 3 — Embody your courage :Courage isn't the absence of fear. It's what moves in the body when fear is no longer in charge. Adi Shakti meditation for vitality builds that aliveness from the inside out.

Week 4 — Realize your power We close by working with the arcline — the energetic field that holds what we project, what we protect, and what we're capable of. Not an ending, but an opening into what has always been yours.

    Week 1: Warm up

This week for the warm we start at the base of the spine with slow deep sufi grinds, then we move up to the top of the head, 3rd eye and neck with neck rolls, then we follow the energy up and down with spinal flex and then move into the heart with our spinal twists. The last posture is our Ego Eradicator - this week the invitation is to stay in your own rhythm as the music beats all of the place we are called to tune into and follow our own rhythm regardless of our outside environment.

    Week 3: Explanation

The Adi Shakti mantra is an ancient invocation of the Divine Feminine—the primal creative force that moves through all things. When we chant it, we're not asking for power. We're remembering it. Reclaiming it. Calling it forward from within.

    Week 4: Explanation

In this practice we realize our power - beyond concept as something we feel moving through us. We chant Har from the navel point, experience it travel through the heart, and let it come alive in our voice. With each round, we expand. With the visualization, we begin to experience: the mind with our desire and leading, the body following, the world opening.
